What is it?: A sauce made from molasses, sugar, spices, salt and vinegar.
Suggested Uses: This versatile sauce will add authentic Trinbago Chinese flavors to many dishes such as Trinidad Chinese Style Chicken, Fried Rice or Chow Mein.
Helpful Tip: A little goes a long way so use sparingly.

Scorpion Pepper (Hot) Sauce
What is it?: It’s a blend of aged scorpion peppers, scotch bonnet peppers and herbs, pickled in vinegar. The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper was voted the world's hottest pepper in 2012, and is currently ranked at number 2.
Suggested Uses: Can be used as a condiment for any dish, much like ketchup…if you can handle the heat!

Bertie's Pepper (Hot) Sauce
What is it?: Blend of hot peppers, vinegar, mustard, garlic, pimento and shadon beni (culantro).
Suggested Uses: Typically used as a condiment for any dish, much like ketchup.
Helpful Tip: Can also be used to spice up your cooking.
Helpful Tip: It’s extremely hot so use sparingly for the hot sauce amateur.
Garlic & Ginger Soy Sauces
What is it?: A sauce made of garlic/ginger, caramel liquid and molasses.
Suggested Uses: Used to flavor fried rice dishes or to prepare marinades for meat or vegetables.
Helpful Tip: Use as a substitute for salt in your dishes.
Shaker Seasonings
What is it?: A variety of dried seasoning blends of ginger, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, herbs and spices.
Suggested Uses: Add to meat and seafood while marinating.
Helpful Tip: Add while cooking for added flavor.
Preserved Mango
What is it?: Mango that has been preserved with salt, spices and flavoring. This method of preserving fruit is from our Chinese heritage.
Suggested Uses: Makes a great snack.
Helpful Tip: Remember to refrigerate after opening the pack.

What is it?: A delightfully smooth hard candy with a tasty blend of sweet and ginger flavor.
