Bertie's Pepper (Hot) Sauce
What is it?: Blend of hot peppers, vinegar, mustard, garlic, pimento and shadon beni (culantro).
Suggested Uses: Typically used as a condiment for any dish, much like ketchup.
Helpful Tip: Can also be used to spice up your cooking.
What is it?: It's sugar that has been melted to form a liquid.
Suggested Uses: For cakes, meats, soups and stews (gravies).
Helpful Tip: Use when stewing poultry and meat for that rich dark brown gravy color. Also used as a key ingredient in the infamous Caribbean Christmas black cakes.
What is it?: Marinade made of a blend of various herbs, onion, papaya and molasses.
Suggested Uses: A marinade for poultry, meat or seafood.
Helpful Tip: Marinate 24 hrs prior to cooking for enhanced flavor.

What is it?: A blend of pimento (seasoning) peppers, vinegar, mustard, garlic and shadon beni (culantro).
Suggested Uses: Use as a condiment for flavor much like pepper (hot) sauce but without the spicy taste.
Helpful Tip: Use as a marinade for poultry, fish and meat for enhanced seasoning.
Cook Up Seasoning
What is it?: A dry blend of black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, herbs and spices.
Suggested Uses: Add to poultry, meat or seafood while marinating.

Coconut Milk Powder
What is it?: Powdered coconut milk.
Suggested Uses: Use to enhance the taste of curries, soups, deserts, cakes, ice creams and cocktails
