Trinidad & Tobago and Caribbean cuisine is multi-cultural and unique due to the many ethnicities that arrived centuries ago and now call the region home. One of the major influences to the cuisine came through the East Indians that arrived in the 19th century, bringing their traditions, religion & of course food. Through the years the flavors have evolved to become truly Caribbean in taste!

Made from 100% refined coconut oil. An all-purpose frying and cooking oil that is great for Trinbagonian dishes like aloo (potato) pies, roti and fried bakes.

Made with hot peppers, garlic and spices. The most popular chutneys are mango and tamarind. Add to food for an enhanced spicy flavor. Goes well with curry dishes and pholourie.

Kuchela is a chutney native to Trinidad & Tobago, spiced with amchar, garlic & hot peppers. It is traditionally made with unripened mangoes but can also be made with other fruit.

Made simply by grounding yellow split peas. A vegan, gluten free source of protein, used to make Indian delicacies such as pholourie & saheena, as well as soups, pakora, dosas etc.

A variety of curries & spices for that authentic, unique Indo-Caribbean flavor!

Spiced dough, fried and coated in a sugar glaze.
