What is it?: It is a pommecythere (june plum/golden apple) chutney made with grated pommecythere, spiced with amchar (a spice blend), garlic, mustard oil and hot pepper.
Suggested Uses: Typically used to enhance the flavour of curry dishes but it can be used with any and every thing!
Pair with Pholourie or Doubles
Ingredients: Pommecythere, Vinegar, Hot Pepper, Mustard Oil, Soya Bean Oil, Spice, Salt, Garlic, Sodium benzoate (preservative). Contains Mustard & Soy.
