Whole geera seeds are roasted and grounded into a pure powder form and makes up a very important ingredient in lots of our curry bases and even as a singular spice for many Latin, Texan and BBQ spice mixes.
Suggestions for use:
Cumin tastes good in all Mexican and Indian dishes like curries. Also good with pickles, cabbage, meat stew, some cheeses, tomato based sauces and stuffing mixtures. Add according to taste.
