What is the Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty Program?

Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty Program is our new rewards program! Members earn Callaloo Buck$ on purchases (after discounts and before taxes and shipping). For every 500 Callaloo Buck$ earned as a member, you can redeem a $5 reward, good for use on any order with the exception of orders that contain a monthly subscription box or items purchased with the auto-replenish & save option.

Additional benefits include an exclusive birthday offer and members only sales and events.


How can I join the Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty Program?

Membership is free! When you create an account on callaloobox.com, you’ll be automatically enrolled! You can also join The Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty program by enrolling here.

A valid email address is required to enroll. You’ll receive emails from us about your Callaloo Buck$, rewards other great membership benefits!


Why is my email address required in order to participate in the Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty Program?

The Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty program is a paperless program, so a valid email address is required in order to participate and receive all the best benefits. Many Callaloo Buck$ program offers and perks are also communicated via email, so you won’t want to miss out! So make sure you’re also subscribed to receive our emails here!


How do I update my Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty program account profile or check my Callaloo Buck$ balance and unused rewards?

Just visit your account page by clicking the green Callaloo Buck$ icon on your screen's bottom left-hand corner and log into your account or click here.


Level Status

What are Statuses?

The Callaloo Box Buck$ Loyalty program has statuses based on how much you spend in a calendar year- Gold, Silver and Bronze. The more you spend, the higher your status. The higher your status, the faster you earn!


No minimum spend required and you’re in Bronze!

Spend $100 or more in a calendar year and you’re in Silver!

Spend $250 or more in a calendar year and you’re in Gold!


Callaloo Box Buck$ Loyalty program members will earn faster at higher statuses.

Bronze members earn 8 Callaloo Buck$ per $1.

Silver members earn 10 Callaloo Buck$ per $1.

Gold members earn 12 Callaloo Buck$ per $1.


What other benefits do I get in my Status?

All statuses receive members only sales and event access like 2x Callaloo Buck$ on select days and products, freebies and extra savings! Additionally, Gold members are eligible for early access to sales and events. All members receive an exclusive birthday offer. Bronze members get 1,000 points ($10 reward), Silver members get 1,500 points ($15 reward) and Gold members get 2,000 points ($20 reward).


I’ve spent enough to reach a new Status. What happens next?

Congrats! Expect to see your elevated status and status benefits reflected in your account when you log in. Starting with your next purchase (i.e., your first purchase after reaching your new status), you’ll be earning at the expedited rate and receive exciting new benefits based on your new level.


How long am I in my new Status after spending enough to reach it?


Your new status will be good to the end of the year and for the next calendar year as well! For example, if you become a Silver member in February 2023, you will keep your Silver status through December 31, 2024. To maintain your status, you will have to requalify each year by spending the same amount for that status.

How do I get Callaloo Buck$ for my purchases?

Callaloo Buck$ are earned for qualifying purchases on our website. Be sure to log into your account profile before you complete your purchase for Callaloo Buck$ to be applied to your order.


How many Callaloo Buck$ do I earn with the Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty program?


As a Callaloo Buck$ Loyalty program member, you earn Callaloo Buck$ for every qualifying $1 spent.

Bronze members earn 8 Callaloo Buck$ per $1

Silver members earn 10 Callaloo Buck$ per $1

Gold members earn 12 Callaloo Buck$ per $1


What’s a qualifying purchase for earning Callaloo Buck$?


When purchasing, the qualifying amount for earning Callaloo Buck$ is the transaction subtotal for merchandise, excluding gift card purchases, after any discounts or rewards have been applied, and before sales taxes and shipping charges. But don’t worry, you’ll still earn Callaloo Buck$ if you pay for your merchandise with a gift card!

I made a purchase, but my Callaloo Buck$ are not in my account. Where are they?

For Callaloo Buck$ to be added to your account, be sure to log into your account profile here(or click the green Callaloo Buck$ icon on your screen's bottom left-hand corner) before you complete your purchase. Callaloo Buck$ usually post to your account very soon after your purchase.


What happens if my order is cancelled or refunded?


The Callaloo Buck$ you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Callaloo Buck$ program account.


Will my Callaloo Buck$ expire?


Yes, Callaloo Buck$ will expire 6 months after they are earned. Your points will expire only if you have not earned or have not redeemed points for a reward for a continuous period of 6 months! We will always send you a reminder before any points expire.

How do I earn a reward?


For every 500 Callaloo Buck$ earned, you can redeem for a $5 reward!


How do I redeem my reward?

Once you’ve accumulated at least 500 Callaloo Buck$, log into your account here (or click the green Callaloo Buck$ icon on your screen's bottom left-hand corner) to redeem your Callaloo Buck$ for rewards. Rewards can be redeemed for $5 off or $10 off coupons. Click on the “Ways to redeem” section in your account. Then select "Redeem" next to the reward you would like to redeem. Copy the code and enter it into the discount code box when checking out. You’ll receive an email with the coupon code. The code will also be stored under the “Your Rewards” section in your account until you are ready to use for a purchase. The coupon code applies on all items on callaloobox.com with the exception of monthly subscription boxes and items purchased with the auto-replenish & save option.


How do I access my rewards?


Once you redeem your Callaloo Buck$ for a reward, it will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase or until the reward expires. So be sure to log in to access your rewards. Callaloo Buck$ are not automatically returned to a customer's account if a reward is redeemed and not used. Birthday offers will be sent via email on your birthday so look out for it in your inbox! Your birthday offer will also be available when you log into your account.


How do I use a reward?


Click the green Callaloo Buck$ icon on your screen's bottom left-hand corner or click here and log into your account. Click the "Your rewards" section at the top of the screen. You will see your available rewards. Select the reward you would like to use. You can either copy the code or click “Apply code” to automatically apply the code to your cart at checkout. And be sure to use your reward before it expires. You’ll have 6 months to use it once it’s been redeemed.


Can I use my reward with other offers?

Callaloo Buck$ Rewards cannot be used with other promo code offers.


Will my reward expire?


Yes, rewards will expire 6 months after they are redeemed.


My reward expired before I could use it. Can I still use it?

Unfortunately, no. Once rewards expire they can no longer be redeemed. Rewards are valid for 6 months after they are redeemed so be sure to use before they expire. We will always send you a reminder before any points expire.


My birthday is this month, but I never received my birthday offer. Can I still get one?

Birthday offers are sent out on your birthday. Make sure to watch out for it in your inbox and be sure to log into your account to access this special offer. All members receive an exclusive birthday offer. Bronze members get 1,000 points = $10 in rewards, Silver members get 1,500 points = $15 in rewards and Gold members get 2,000 points = $20 in rewards.
