USPS Postal Service Delays
Starting Oct. 1 2021, the United States Postal Service (USPS) implemented new service standards for its first-class mail and packages, lengthening delivery time for about 30% of its volume. That means some parcels traveling longer distances could take up to five days to arrive, instead of two or three days.
Please note that we are unable to provide any additional information apart from the information provided by the Postal Service tracking page. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Standard Shipping option (contiguous United States, excludes Hawaii & Alaska): starting at $6.99- based on weights.

$6.99 up to 3 lbs | $8.99 for 3-5 lbs  |  $11.49 for 6-10 lbs  | $14.99 for 11-15 lbs  |  $16.99 for 16-20 lbs 

• We offer flat rate shipping of $9.99 for orders $75 and above within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Armed Forces addresses)

• Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces addresses, Canada & other international countries are calculated at checkout and are determined by the shipping carrier based on the weight of you order.

• IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: 

International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and any other applicable fees charged by your country. We are unable to advise as to the amount of these respective fees on a package coming from outside of your country.  These costs are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $30 USD return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
  • Once the package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address we will refund you for the value of your order less the shipping paid.
  • We are unable to re-send the package to the corrected address. A new order must be placed.
  • If an incorrect address is entered at checkout please notify us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email with the corrected address.  We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.

Route Protection Coverage
We are pleased to offer our customers an additional layer of assurance and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route is premium package protection for your Callaloo Box order that offers shipping protection.

Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Route team, for a reorder or refund within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Information:

  • We ship Monday through Friday. For grocery orders please allow 2-4 Business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
  • Callaloo Box Merchandise & Essential Tees orders are printed on demand and therefore take an estimated 3 days for fulfillment and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

Essential Tees & Black Lives Matter Tees - these items are printed on demand, due to COVID-19 our printing partner is experience severe delays in fulfillment. Please allow between 2-3 weeks for your item to be fulfilled.
